Tor books verzichtet künftig auf DRM bei seinen ebooks
Der amerikanische Verlag Tom Doherty Associates mit seinen Marken Tor, Forge, Orb, Starscape, and Tor Teen sowie Tor UK wird ab Anfang Juli 2012 auf DRM bei seinen Büchern verzichten.

Fairerweise muss man aber auch zugeben, dass besagte Hirnaktivität bei TOR schon immer (oder zumindest so lange wie sie mir ein Begriff sind) in messbarer Menge nachweisbar war. Was nicht heißen soll, dass alle Entscheidungen von TOR in den letzten Jahren brillant waren, aber es war doch deutlich zu erkennen, dass bei TOR Leute arbeiten, die ihren Kopf zu mehr als dem Tragen von Haaren, Hüten und Brillen benutzen.

Was man von anderen Verlagshäusern nicht immer mit Gewissheit sagen kann...
