Updating plugins

Is it possible to remove the warning popup when installing or updating plugins with the built-in updater?

These plugins come from a trusted source, right?

I'd rather not. While I do trust the calibre plugin authors, I cannot manually review and approve every plugin, like I do contributions to the calibre code base from other developers.
