The majority of my (book) reading is on eInk. I use LCD for when I want to read color graphic novels, but that's pretty much it.

I don't really get "eyestrain" with either, but I prefer the look and feel of eInk and the long battery life is very nice.

i use my kindle 3 [eink] for all but what comes up on my computer screen during computer use. several years ago i tried reading fiction on a computer [backlit lcd screen] and gave up before i'd finished a chapter. today i read all day [often] on my k3.
