Ich will die Kombination FBReader+FBSync empfehlen. FBSync erlaubt die drahtlose Synchronisierung von Büchern, die mit FBReader geöffnet werden und dessen Lesestata (d.h wie weit im Buch man ist). Wenn man mehrere Android-Geräte hat, kann man der Lesegerät verändern ohne dass man sein Platz verliert, à la Whispernet. Wenn man Dropbox hat, kann man sogar damit den Büchern und Lesestata aktualisieren. Die Sicherheit ist aber nicht ganz gut verarbeitet (man muss sich mit einer Nickname und einer nichtverschlüsselten Passwort anmelden) und FBSync braucht Root-Rechte, um mit FBReader zu spielen, also ist das Projekt noch embrionär, trotzdem sehr interessant in den Fall, dass man mehr als ein Androidgerät benutzt und Dropbox benutzt.

Das finde ich auch ein sehr interessantes Konzept, vergleichbar mit den Kindle und Kindle-Apps. Offenbar ist es aber noch im Anfangsstadium, sollte man aber weiter beobachten.

Es gibt jetzt auch den bekannten Mediaplayer Winamp für Android. Er bietet doch etwas bessere Verwaltungsfunktionen gegenüber den Standardplayern, zudem kann er synchronisiert werden mit dem Windows Winamp.

Er läuft ab Android 2.1. (auch IQ mit Market Installation)

Ein neuer Markt steht zur Verfügung. Er heisst Yet Another Android Market (YAAM), und er differenziert sich von anderen weil die App selbst, und die Mehrheit der Apps die dadurch verteilt werden, OpenSource Software sind. Auch merkbar ist, dass man durch Paypal bezahlen darf und dass 100% vom App-Preis wird für den Entwickler gegeben, d.h. YAAM nimmt kein Teil davon.
