Problem, can't upload files to calibre
when i try to add some ebook file to my calibre my library it will not let me. i just downloaded calibra and the first time i tried it it worked fine, but the next day when i tried to add some PDF, txt, or doc file it won't even let me select them.
can anyone help? Thanks

For one, 'It won't let me' is not sufficient detail for anyone to help you. You need to describe exactly what you're trying to do, your Calibre version, your OS and all the error messages you're getting.

For another, this is the conversion sub-forum - you might want to try one of the other sub-forums in the future, I've moved this thread for you.

Different issue maybe but the same base error, OperationalError: unable to open database file.

It may be a different "issue" but the initial answer is the same. Update to a newer version and update us with the results.
