Thanks for sharing that! I never get mail from them anymore, I guess because I don't have any micropay left. They don't even send me emails telling me when books I've requested alerts for come in, and which I very well might buy if I knew.

It's sad watching them slowly strangle to death under B&N! But at least with these sales I can continue to pick up a few books here and there, until they go under completely and/or stop sending the emails to anyone who will share them here.

Luckily my genre is easily available in the multiformat so I still have some choices left.

I asked FW why nobody gets the coupons anymore and they ignored me. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the Micropay. I'm a-wondering what will happen when they finally get rid of all the mircropay accounts

Thanks. Alas, their Geographic Restrictions are now so tight I can't download what I managed to buy (The Naomi Novik Temeraire books) and have had to ask for a refund.

Look for the series by Glen Cook starting with Sweet Silver Blues.

If you took a Sam Spade novel and The Hobbit and put them in a blender you would get this snarky series. There are hot dwarfish red-heads, beer, vegan elf's, beer, a population of human, half-human, non-human all trying to live together during a war, beer, etc.
