For those who don't know, D.M. Murdock/Acharya S is a "mythicist," to use the word that Bart Ehrman uses. She believes that a historical Jesus never existed. Many of her writings are upon that theme. Several of the books in this collection at least touch upon that subject.

I say, fine. Let her make her case. People should open-mindedly consider what she says and see if her arguments hold water. Frankly, I think that she is wrong, and so are the handful of others who believe that no such person as Jesus walked the earth.

I recommend that people read Did Jesus Exist?, by Bart Ehrman. Ehrman believes that the historical Jesus did exist. People should open-mindedly consider what he has to say, also. I believe that Ehrman is wrong about a whole lot of things, but on this matter I believe that he is correct. He makes rock-solid arguments against the arguments of Murdock/Acharya and other mythicists and thoroughly dismantles their positions.
