Mysterious indeed! Very "other worldly" yet strangely familiar! Wow!

Thank you all for your kind posts. I really appreciate them. I will post some drawings here once in a while. Years ago I started with portraits in pencil, then charcoal and nowadays pastels. This one is pastels and A3 size. I should draw more but in the evenings I'm usually too tired...

Your latest drawing made me think of a beautiful spring day until I read poohbear's comment. Then I thought of a lazy summer day.

Twilight Zone I don't know
to me it is a cold spring day, sometime in March (don't know why), but anyway I like summer best. thanks kenny, yes it is pastel. It has rubbed in my skin so today at work I have slightly black fingers. Difficult sometimes to clean hands but I prefer it to other techniques. Oil I have no patience for, to watch paint dry. When I finish a pastel picture just wash hands, sweep a little and done, no cleaning brushes and inhaling alcohol of the non drinkable kind |

I love the look/results of pastels. The pastels I do are digital though.
Keep up the great work! |
