Someone able to help? Vachss is giving away bomb built in Hell

I cant seem to figure out how to convert it. Anyone know how?

Mobi Creator seems to extract it into HTML OK, but to make it really good the HTML would need to be loaded into BookDesigner or Sigil (and the Sigil ePub run through Calibre), or the HTML hand edited.

The PDF of BOMB can be converted to Kindle the same way *any* PDF can be converted to Kindle: email it to Amazon at YOURNAME@free.kindle.com, with the subject "Convert." In about 60 seconds, they'll email back a Kindle-ready version.
