New Kindle Paperwhite
Calibre cannot access my new kindle, furthermore when the kindle is connected to my pc, it is not detected. If you get my drift.

When you plug the Kindle in to the computer, does the Kindle recognize that it has been plugged in? Does the computer recognize the Kindle?
