Hallo,
i can not change the space at the top of a page with following code:
margin-top
margin-bottom

ebook-convert xxxx xxx.pdf --chapter "//*[@id='xxx' or @class='xxx']" --chapter-mark pagebreak --paper-size 'a4' --margin-bottom 20 --margin-top 20 --margin-left 20 --margin-right 20 --pretty-print

I also tried to change the space with CSS (margin for body or page) but only margin-left and margin-right works.
