Of course the catalogues have "doubles".

Is there a way to produce a "total" catalogue or an overview of all these books, without all the double entries, which are sometimes written in a slightly different way?

I was thinking of OpenOffice Calc but maybe there is a much simpler solution?

Many thanks in advance for your time.

each of you creating a CSV Catalog (right-click the convert Icon) and Open Office ( to add a Owner tag column) sounds like a good way.
Another way is for Each of you to use the Copy to Library (no delete), then do a remove all formats of ALL selected books on that Library,
Then Merge those Libraries (again a Owner tag column should be included)
