- You can make it per hand:
Make a list of all the illustrations somewhere near the beginning of your book. It will look something like this:

<a href="#bild2"><p>name picture 2</p></a>
<a href="#bild3"><p>name picture 3</p></a>
Then wrap an anchor around your caption (if you have one, case 1) or around the picture itself (case 2 and 3):

<a id="bild2"><p><img src="images/picture3.jpg"/></p></a>
<a id="bild3"><img src="images/picture3.jpg"/></a>
- Let Mobipocket Creator do the list for you:
You can, for instance, put the images inside headings <h4> or <h5> (any that you won't need for your regular headings), than open "Table of contents" in Mobipocket Creator, give "List of illustrations" (or anything else you like) as heading and <h4> as tag name in first level.
