Hey Gang,

I'm working a research paper about copyright law, and am trying to gather useful material. I've seen a forum regular with a signature that says something along the lines of -reward men who create works of art so that they will continue to do so - in reference to copyright, but I cannot remember who it was. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
