1. yes. at least all the books that calibre assembles for me downloading web sites jump around properly. it's a nice feature.
2. i'm assuming you're talking about hilighting sentences on a page in the reader. when you view "all notes" on the reader they show up as 2 separate entries.
3. drag from the reader itself to your pc? how would you go about doing that?
