My apologies if this has already been covered. When I try to convert an ePUB to MOBI, I get the message "Failed: Convert book 1 of 1".

Background: I created this ePUB from an InDesign document, and it reads just fine using Adobe Digital Editions. I tried converting another ePUB that I downloaded from Adobe, and it converted with no problem. I work on a Mac, BTW.

I'm not sure where to start—can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
