OK, what I'm getting at here is simply that Kindle app and Nook app can be improved. This would be a concern mostly for people who read books on an Android device a lot. Both apps are definitely cool and do basically what they're supposed to do. Identifying what needs improvement and getting that info to users (to set up competition) and the manufacturers is the only way they will be improved.

Ultimately this would result in apps that work better and don't have these annoying quirks and limitations. If you read a lot on a device you might come up against these kinds of things dozens of times a week. You might not be screaming mad about them (partly because the apps are free) but life would be a bit nicer without them. And you did buy the books from specific companies that should pay more attention to the app you need to read their books.

So I'm encouraging experienced Android app users to identify the Kindle and Nook quirks that they find so they can go on the Big List.
