Looking for an iPod Touch Application Manager

Hello, All.

Some background first...

I am looking for an iPod Touch (3rd generation) Application Manager -- Note the word Application. I'm not looking for an app that will manage my music, videos, podcasts, audio books, etc. I am looking for an app that will manage my applications -- that is, my games, utilities, entertainment, business, photography, etc. applications downloaded from the Apple Apps Store.

I've been Googling for quite some time now without success. I've also searched through Mobileread but haven't found any information.

I'm just "anal" enough to want to have more control over my Touch Applications. By control I mean be able to be presented a list of applications installed by name, genre, description, etc. in order to have an archive / reference document to use to better know just what I have.

If you can imagine a home inventory, CD / DVD indexing application then you will have a pretty good idea as to what I'm trying to find.

Does anyone have any idea if such an applications exists?

Thanks, in advance, for your time and answers.

Regards,
