Yep, you sure can; and it's quicker than downloading it to an iOS device.
Correction: no you can't.
Most Android devices don't support DRM WMA; including all of the Galaxy Players. I thought I did it once on my Galaxy Player, but it was an MP3 audiobook.
I rarely listen to audiobooks on my Galaxy Player, so I had forgotten that WMA books were a no go. My preferred devices for WMA are Sansa Clip Zip and iPod touch.
