So you're saying that those who
do have Kindles (or don't mind converting an already DRM-free ebook) should boycott the book until an ePub version is available out of sympathy? Or that those who only purchase ePubs should boycott the book until an ePub is available.
If you mean the former ... well that's just not going to happen.
