Support is really good. Because they sell LIT format files. Use CLIT 1.8 to break the DRM and convert to HTML and use HTML2LRF or just load straight into Book Designer. Most books will work brilliantly after conversion. I've done some conversion of some LIT format books and they look great on the Sony Reader. So not to worry that Fictionwise doesn't support the Sony Reader.
