Problem Installing Calibre on EeePC 901 (Ubuntu Jaunty)

This is part of the message I got when installing Calibre on my EeePC 901, running Eeebuntu 3.0 (Jaunty).

Calibre is not running at the moment.
I'm somewhat at a loss.
