According to that debug output windows is telling calibre there are no removable drives:
DriveError: No removable drives found

If your kindle is actually being detected as a drive, what is its drive letter? Rebooting your computer might help. If that doesn't you can always use the connect to folder function in calibre (click the connect/share button).
