LA&TOU are not in line with their commercial policy and deserve them.

Their LA&TOU do not precise between wifi and 3G. They only use the term
wireless, which apply to both. I think they have taken precautions to be able to adapt their service in terms of opening/closing, depending on the market evolution.
But possibly I am too much paranoid
