That's correct. Each of the fonts that works with the font-tuning features has to be customized by us.

Kobo Glo has the new 1024x758 hi resolution Pearl Eink screen. The contrast ratio is helped a lot by having the light on, so yes it is whiter with the light on.

Exactly. Although, with a Kobo Glo (and Mini and Touch) you are able to make fonts darker through TypeGenius controls as well.
