Actually that code is and has been in place...

That right click option uses the existing menu used for the convert tool bar icon. If you click the convert tool bar button it will check the number of books selected and give you the bulk conversion screen if you have more than one selected. The choice is there because some users might want to configure individual options for each book. So if you select multiple books and choose convert individual it will open a convert dialog for each book one after another. By allowing this option it only seemed natural to have the bulk conversion option available too.
