How can I embed a font into .mobi for use with Kindle PW

Hi I have some books here in the format of .mobi (some are in KF8) & .epub, as I know I need to decompile it first, then edit the css & compile it using kindlegen. that is just theory, now what tools can I use to decompile .mobi (some are in KF8) & .epub files ?, what command in windows cmd do I issue to compile the decompiled file ?
