But energy and matter are interchangeable according to Einstein's e=mc2. Then again, on the one hand I'm not so sure there is such a thing as matter if we're using the term to describe something that is composed of solid particles. Everything we think of as solid seems to be opposed of various fields interacting with each other to produce the appearance of something solid. And on the other hand, does not light have a dual nature, in that viewed one way it appears to be composed of particles and viewed another way it appears to be composed of waves?

Quantum physics makes my head hurt.
