This is basically what I do, I assign a rank from 1-8 with my general likelihood of reading:
1 Next, probably, at least in that genre.
2 Soon, or at least I intend to actually read this.
3 Probably, someday, might even be soon.
4 Eventually, maybe, if I feel like it.
5 Unlikely, might read if it suddenly becomes relevant, but ...
6 Reference only.
7 Duplicate/Won't Read, kept only for reference
8 I don't know, I do know I need to fill in the information.
