Well I guess it IS a totally new device. Please get it checked at our support center in Nürnberg. Return it and don't forget to include your warranty card, your address and your bank account (we pay back the shipping cost) and a small message with your grievanes. The repaired or replaced device will be back with you in no time. I apologize for your problems.
