Sadly, there is likely to be no conclusive victor. When someone acknowledges that someone else has won, it automatically causes the person they said has won to lose.
Logically, no one can say that someone else has won. But someone can be one, and eat a hot dog with a bun, while having fun in the sun, and watch Olivia Munn.
