It's a dystopian thriller set in Europe in 2020, after the great financial crash and oil shock of 2014. The rich are taking to their hive dwellings and increasingly leaving everyone else to scrape a living on the outside. Eli is one of these, subsisting on the urbanised hell of Spain's Costa Blanca Strip by buying and selling whatever he can find. Meera is the CEO of a Mumbai software house, visiting London to pitch for a mysterious contract offered by a consortium of world banks. What she and Eli separately discover is a plot that will change the world forever.
