Rooted my NC last weekend using autonooter 3.0

Everything great so far! For many reasons I downloaded Titanium Backup. Mostly because I want to back up my NC for when B&N finally decided to upgrade to Android 2.2 (is this even correct? would I be able to retrieve all my apps in that event?)

Anyway, got this when I loaded the app:

Warning - System configuration
Your system settings may cause problems. To correct this, go to your phone's Setting, then in "Applications" then in "Development" and tick the "USB debugging" checkbox.

Except I can't do that. Any advice on setting this up??
