Best dystopia books i've ever read are of
Andrey Dashkov; however, it seems that none of his stories were translated into English, so my advice is not going to be a big help to you.
Also, C. J. Cherryh's
Morgaine Stories are quite good. I've never read her other stories outside of Morgaine Cycle, so don't know whether these are good or bad.
And you can try pretty much everything of Michael Moorcock's
Eternal Champion series.
