In post1 of the topic you write 3.1.X (instead of 2.3.X).
Edit:
-Direct acces to library work no more... this only open the popup menu.
So "directLibraryAccess=true" do the same that "directLibraryAccess=false" and the same as it was empty.
-And always no line for chapters in progress bar...
