As long as we are working on improving of margin settings you can try following settings:
Page Settings -> Custom margins ->80
Reading ->Paper mode + Customize Zoom ->210%
(please note that settings have to be set after each reopening of a book and after resume from standby mode page turn buttons are not working. It will be fixed in the next update within of a week)
