I don't know much about this author, but he has a few books discounted in Amazon (US) at the moment at $3.99. They look like a mix between fiction/non-fiction.

Bunker Hill - $2.99

Moses - $3.99
Sally - $3.99

Departure - and other stories - $3.99
Redemption - $3.99
