You could replace “ with <b>“ and replace ” with ”</b>.
“Insert talking here.” would become <b>“Insert Talking here.”</b>.
As for editing Mobi, forget it. It's too much of a hassle. You can use Calibre to edit DRM free KF8. If you need to know how to remove DRM, go to
