Please post the system/collections.json file (or a representative sample from it). And of course, make sure that the files actually are on the Kindle
PS: it is considered polite to use correct punctuation and capitalization that makes posts much easier to read so please do so instead of just writing everything in lowercase without any punctuation because this is very difficult to read and understand especially when you glue multiple sentences together
