New release 0.3.0!

Changes:

Fix: re-enabled translation
partial German translation
Kindle Paperweight support (well, maybe)
Varnie's change: preliminary experimental dictionary support

As I don't have a Kindle PW, I couldn't really test if it works but I made HUR automatically adapt to the available screen size and I checked with ldd and the 5.2.0 firmware if all needed dynamic libraries can be found.

The partial German translation covers the top menu entries.

I'll write up later what you have to do to get a dictionary working in HUR (only dictd dictionaries are supported).
