Hi All,

I recently installed eReader on my mobile and have a question for the group. The reader seems to install correctly but I can't get it to do anything. Ok that doesn’t make much sense, how about this; I install it, can see the book file but I can’t navigate to any of the buttons, open the book, or do anything else. If I power the mobile off and back on the OS says the application is not installed.

I submitted a trouble ticket to eReader support but like y'all have said it takes months for them to get back to you.

Any help appreciated.
