Surprisingly Artatech was pretty quick with fixing my bootloop problems. They didn't exchange the device, just fixed the old one. Under what e-mail did you contant them?

That said my support request to Sony has gone unanswered for more than a year. I still haven't gotten DLC I should have gotten in a bundle with the game :/ And whenever I call I'm on hold forever.
