First of all neither the PE or EE have the necessary circuitry to allow them to connect directly to a mobile network so there is no way that app is going to work as your unit stands at the moment.

I have vague memories that someone managed to get a 3G USB dongle to work but I doubt that would be any use to you either.

Depending on where you want to be able to read your mail it might be worth while you talking to your sys admin or help desk and finding out the protocol the company uses for e-mail. You may find that you can use the standard e-mail client that is available on the PE.
