It'd be nice if there were some way to search by "limited time," or a complete listing of all the novels (even if it were split over several pages) instead of having to open every category to see them.

Looks like they're various promos and author giveaways--they're links, not hosted at the online-novels site. I don't think they're likely to have copyright issues. Rather like
ebooksjustpublished, only limited to free (rather than DRM-free, although that's also likely), and archived by category rather than blog-format of most-recent-on-top.
