For a web setup it sounds like you want something similar to what one of our resident authors, Steve Jordan, uses. You pay him via PayPal and then get a link emailed to you that's good for 3 days.
This is exactly what I am looking for.
Still, I am not sure how to transfer the file to the person. Is it sent as files as you would save them on a disk and then attach on an email?
