Wow...didn't mean to stir up such a debate!

In the meantime, I did hit the Coinstar Machine...chose the Amazon eCertificate option... My grand total was $91.44 and it worked perfectly. The machine connected online, printed my receipt with redemption code and I just signed into my Amazon account to apply it.
