Well, just for the halibut, that would be covered as
assistive technology adaption and would be outside the scope of what Amazon could reasonably expect to co-exist with non-disabled user's needs.
Adding a switch to the settings page that then enabled access to on screen changes shouldn't unduly burden other non-disabled users of the device.
You don't see GM making cars for quadriplegics but you do find local agencies that make a living adapting GM cars/vans.
