We have a great community

Earlier today, I had to go over to another popular tech forum (more so than ours, I'm afraid) to get some help with a specific issue.

I asked a specific question that was neither immediately obvious, or easy to find (I had been trying, and I'm pretty amazing at finding things online). I was nice and immediately got jumped on by one of those "Why don't you search?" jerks who felt it'd be better to give me a hard time about it than just helping me.

There's a place for that, of course... when things are immediately obvious if you simply open your eyes. But this wasn't that kind of issue.

The guy then, KEPT, being a jerk. And no one else bothered to help, either.

After all that, I really appreciate our community here and how good we are to newcomers.

Give yourselves a hand!
