So far, Orlok, Shayne, Kumabjorn and Pooh have one each. The answer to number 5 could be the tie breaker.
I've already told you that it's very British. In fact, I doubt it's played anywhere else. With hindsight, I think it's possible that non-British members may not have heard of it (sorry
). One more clue, it's quite likely that the current British Prime Minister played it in his youth.
