Yeah, sorry about that... I misread that you didn't want a plugin or local program.

I've read a bit about Bookworm, which looks to be licensed under the BSD license. Have you thought about contacting the program author?

As an aside, you should take into consideration that java and/or flash would need to be installed on the client side in this case, so you're back to dealing with something locally installed.
